SUCCESS IN LIFE REQUIRES FOLLOWING THE LEADING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT by Femi Obadun

What determines whether a man would be successful or not in any chosen field is the type of spirit he follows. Man is created to be spirit; soul, and body, the soul and body have more interactions with each other often more than they both have with the spirit. God created us with a sense of reasoning, the seat of knowledge i.e the mind or the brain. There are constant interactions or reactions between the psyche (mind or brain) and the body (somatic). Whenever you feel any pain due to external forces or action like drawing fire near your body, the signal is sent through your central nervous system (CNS) which comprises of your brain and spinal cords to the concern center of your brain and thereafter sent back to the body for possible action, in this case your brain would tell you to move away from the fire else you get burnt! All this happens within split second. 

This is an example of what goes on constantly between the psyche and your body. Countless of such signals are received daily. This constant interaction is within the realm of the mind/body only, nothing spiritual, no spiritual explanation is necessary to explain these reactions and this is where the relevance of medical science can be appreciated. Medical science works on the assumption of non-existence of these spiritual influences on the scientifically explainable reactions. Thus, Medical students are not taught and required to
give spiritual explanations to medical issues. But does this fact invalidate the existence of spirits? The possible explanations that medical science could give to issues of Dreams, Trance and Near death experiences are usually very weak because they are far out and beyond its scope. I strongly want to believe that God is the author of medical science; He gave the fathers of Medicine the wisdom to understand the anatomy and physiology of man, but did not give them the mandate to deal with spiritual things, except those who decide to seek it. 

Spiritual wisdom is that which surpasses that of medical science, this He has given to his prophets and servants through the Holy Ghost for them to understand mysteries which cannot be found in the realm of the senses known and revealed to man  like that of medical
science. From spiritual wisdom, experiences and revelations in the word of God, we know that man has spiritual essence which operates parallel to the psychosomatic interaction of body and mind explained above. This spiritual essence of the man is given to him to interact with the realm of the spiritual where God dwells. 

There are three categories of people living on earth in terms of the development of their spiritual essence. The first category are those who have not allowed the spiritual part of their lives to develop to the point of constant interactions with the realm of the spiritual, they do not engage in any exercise that could allow their spirit man grow out of its dwarfed state. All they do is dictated by their body and brain, though this deficiency does not invalidate the operation and influence of the spiritual powers in their lives, they can be likened to pawns in the game of chess; they are the first to be taken out of the way in the battles of life.

 Sometimes we hear of a person who just died in his sleep without prior illness, untimely deaths are feature of those found in this category. The second category are those who have developed their spirits in conjunction with the Devil. You can find them in the occult organizations, witchcraft, different sects, magicians, fortune tellers, false prophets etc. They are well developed spiritually and can influence anything on earth. They have as their reagents for experiments those people in the first category, they have as the source of their blood bank, and deep freezer of human meat, those in the first category, they have as their followers and congregation those in the first category analyzed above. They can perform what looks like real miracles, but their so called miracles are merely mirages and fakes, their father the devil has nothing good to offer any human being on this earth, whether they are loyal to him or not. He is the deceiver of all time. 

And the third category which I implore everyone to fall into are those who have fully developed their spirit with the influence of the Holy Ghost. They are the masters of all those who fall in the other two categories, a fully developed spirit, they are known as the sons of God, they are ruled by the wisdom of God and exercise dominion over the devil, the fallen angels and all creations. The seas have obeyed them, the viper could not hurt them, the lion has smiled on seeing some of them before, the fire has stopped from consuming them, the sun has stood still at their command, dead womb has come alive at their declaration, and demons of deafness, blindness, leprosy and madness have all flown out at the hearing of their voices. They are the rulers of the earth. They are indeed powerful. Therefore, dear reader, your ability to win your battles of life and stay in that victory is simply a function of the category you fall into among these three. But friend, the good news is that everyone can come under this third category. It’s free of charge, no sacrifice necessary, no any form of ritual is required, its available any time of the day, it is not nocturnal, it is no secret, no initiation required, your blood is not required,  it’s through the blood of Jesus. Just a simple prayer of accepting the Lordship of Christ and inviting his holy spirit into your life, you must receive the salvation that would transfer your spirit into this third category, you can do it now. Jesus is Lord.
