DON'T YOU THINK THAT LONG FASTING CAN BE USEFUL IN CUTTING DOWN ON THIS KIND OF EXCESSIVE FAT?

I recommend 10 days of  complete fasting for this woman and am sure she will lose some weight.Yes, Fasting can help lose weight and at the same time help in building spiritual strength,improve concentration and improve health generally.
