What I can deduce from this is this; it is one thing to be appointed or elected into a leadership position, but the journey does not stop at that point,the leader must learn to fight on if he/she must be seen as a winner in the end.The one who wins the election but who cannot deliver in line with the expectations of the people cannot be said to be a winning leader per se.
