100,000 CHRISTIANS TOOK UP ARMS, KILLING THE ISIS AND DEFEATING THEM?

 

SHOEBAT.COM  reports on its website that 100,000 Christians in Iraq have formed their own army and are killing ISIS terrorists, defeating them in battles and retaking Christian lands in a beautiful holy war and crusade of our own times. He reportedly did a whole video on it. This sounds controversial to me. To some it may sound like good news, but if we look at it in the light of scriptures, can we actually conclude that it is good news? Christ teaches us to turn the other cheek in Matthew 5.39.The scripture reads thus;
But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also. And again in Roman 12.19,the word reads thus;
'Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord. If we are to follow the scriptures as true believers in Christ, full of the Holy Ghost and grace, who also ought to lead the path in peaceful dealings with other, what do we do in the face of utter cruelty against our peace?. Well, the Apostles of old were also brutally persecuted and it was not recorded that they picked arms and physically killed their enemies. Let us join hands and pray for our fellow believers in the Middle East. God bless everyone in Jesus name amen.
